I managed both front and back without much difficulty and I have no formal
training.  You will need a relieved socket for the top of the front struts.
I made one for myself by grinding an aperture in a long Craftsman socket of
the appropriate size.  The biggest problem was that the cheapo spring
compressor I used gouged the coating off of the new springs.
