Perhaps in your mind.  I saw Paul making an effort to get his teammates
involved during the world championships.  He made several nice passes to
teammates for easier baskets.  I guess you missed them.

See above.  And since when is Andre Miller supposed to be the poster boy for
teamsmanship?  He couldn't hit the broad side of a barn but kept firing away
in the championships.

Yeah, that's first in the NBA.  Ever hear of Kobe and Shaq?  Iverson never
yells at his teammates at all.  Neither does Michael.  Larry never got in
his teammates faces and challenged them ever...did he?  You are making the
guy out to be worse than Laimbeer.
