       Erick Strickland has been in L.A. with Pierce this summer attending 
Pierce's Family Fun Day and Celebrity All-star game last Sunday and playing 
with him for Carson Hilton's Real Run team last Friday.  
Walker is also on the roster but hasn't played as of yet.  
       Although it's been expected that Strickland is gone, it seems almost 
certain now as he is telling his friends that he will probably end up signing 
with Atlanta, Miami, or Seattle.  Strickland and Pierce had become very close 
this year and both are disappointed they will no longer be teammates.
        One of the Boston area papers (ProJo?) recently did a series of 
articles on the importance of team chemistry. I wonder if any of the Celtics 
management took the time to read it?
It will be interesting to see if the new bodies the organization is bringing 
in can ever match the chemistry this team had by the end of this season.
Unlike Rogers and Strickland-- Delk never seemed to quite fit in, IMO.  But, 
he is here and Strickland is gone. Now we are adding Sundov and Bremer?  
It would be one thing if there were a clear upgrade in talent.  But just 
changing bodies for the sake of saving a few bucks so that we can possibly 
add Vin Baker and Shammond Williams (or Earl Watson).?  I sure hope Wallace 
knows something I don't know.
