I was interested in coach's comments about the 4 games in 5 days.  He said that he didn't calculate ahead about the minutes, indicating that he didn't think about playing the bench in order to keep the regulars fresh.  He also admitted that the team seemed to flag in the fourth quarter, not having the stamina to finish strong.

I find that interesting.  For all the positives about this season, I was surprised by the lack of strategy for a hard road trip.  We have three coaches and plenty of old timers around the shop; did no one suggest that excessive minutes might lead to staggering conclusions?  It seems to me that, at some point, a fresh man off the bench is as good as a worn out veteran on the court.
