Re: ESPN: Johnson, Brown not too thrilled

That was my impression of Johnson as well. He seemed downright unhappy. And
typically, body language is much more revealing of the person's true feelings
than words. Brown, of course, knew all along that he'd be taken by the Celtics
at 11, so he'd gotten over it way before the draft.
I have a question for the college bball gurus on the list about JJ: in the
clips they showed of him, he didn't seem like one of those athletic types. His
movements were sort of slow-deliberate-measured, which indicates skill but
perhaps also lack of athleticism. Now, I know they wouldnt've taken him if he
were a shooting guard version of Potapenko, so maybe he's like Pierce -
athletic, but doesn't base his game on athleticism and trying to
overpower/outjump people?
As for Forte, is he as good a shooter as Rip Hamilton? He seems to be quite a
rebounder for a guy his size. If he can defend a little, and bring up the ball,
he could be an improved version of Kenny as PG who spots up for the open J.
