Re: 4-1 on the road

No offense intended to you Jim, but hogwash!!

Someone complained that they would still trade Pierce after the game vs New
Jersey. Supposedly, the real reason why we won that game was because Toine
fouled out, became a cheerleader and Obie got the boot.

We have heard all year long that this is no more than a 2-man team that has
zero chance if the 2 are not on their game. So how you can say that the
team has met expectations when they hold Toronto to 69 points despite their
leaders' relatively weak offensive contribution is mysterious to me.

If you went back and reread MANY of the posts, you would see that Kenny
can't do it anymore, that the Strickland move was foolish, that Williams
draws Obie's bathwater, and on and on.

This road trip EXCEEDED all expectations...but you watch and see if someone
doesn't find something to gripe about despite the defensive effort given at
Toronto.
