Re: Pitino Going To...

Why is it that when I try to post something, without being condescending,
you try to turn it into something else? Not intended to be a "sermon" as
you call it, merely being realistic as you claim to be.

Who wants to come to Boston? Vin Baker, Derek Anderson and Tony Delk for
starters. Do you think Chris Herren would be opposed to playing here?
Perhaps, I guess. But I'd bet he would take a hometown discount figuring it
would pay off for him down the road.

Why are you so infatuated with the Celtic Pride of the past? You don't even
like anything about this team. Thanks for the information of it being an 82
game season. However those few good games would not have occurred unless
the C's had some talent and ability. It doesn't just happen. And the
majority of their losses the past few weeks have been extremely close. They
fizzle out at the end, as you alluded to sometime ago. Doesn't mean they
suck. Means they are coming up short and still have work to do.

And yes, I believe that there has been effort put out lately. I think some
of the players have shown alot of heart during this funk. Also, and I want
to single out Dana. From listening to WEEI yesterday, it seems that he was
very vocal about how unprofessional it was of some players, to behave
foolishly during the "why me" game recently. He may have been the initiator
of the conversation on the plane ride back to Boston. Not that he'll get
any credit for anything from you.

It appears that you like to be negative. I don't look at things in the same
light, but why must you be so condescending?

Cecil
