I wouldn't worry too much about this. If he plays with toughness and
arrogance, maybe it will rub off on his teammates. He's not there to hold
anyone's hand. And if he plays this hard against his teammates, wait'll he
gets his hands on the opposution. Guys like Larry Joe Bird and Michael Jordan
were known for not coddling their teammates.
