Sure. I post it occassionally to the Cs ng (this is permitted per a notation
in the FAQ), so you can find it there (just did so a couple days ago) or via
Dejanews. I saved it as a file from the following website:

It's a great resource. 
I could post it here to the group, but it's quite large. OTOH, if anyone
