EXACTLY!  Thats how I view Dyess too.  The reason why am batting for 
Jayson Williams is because of the intangibles that he brings.  
Leadership, locker room and community type of guy, has media charm...et 
al.  Antoine could learn a thing or two from him on and off the court.
