Cecil, I would point out that David Wesley is exactly what I'm talking about.
 We'll both agree he's probably gotten as good as he can, and he isn't a
point guard either.  He can score a lot for you, play tough D, he's strong, a
good penetrator, and can shoot free throws.  But he's not a point guard.  And
you're not going to make him one.  Or chauncey either.  I love it when
Chauncey makes a nice pass (or anyone for that matter) but from what I've
seen his talents don't really lie in that direction.  This "new position" you
speak of is the most demanding and what you might call characterological on
the court.  I don't think you CAN learn it.
