Subject: A few questions

I'd really appreciate it if anyone can help me answer the following
questions:

1. How can I acquire the out-of-print QRS player piano roll #10-446, which
is "Overture"? I picked up one of the company's catalogs within the last
year or two, but they haven't reissued it despite the Broadway show's
success. My mom has a player piano and I'm curious what "Overture" would
sound like on it.
2. Have any Who songs been performed by the hosts or other guests on old TV
variety shows that periodically dabbled in rock n roll (e.g., Sonny and Cher
show, the Muppet Show, the Mandrell Sisters)?
3. I'd welcome opinions regarding what are currently the best used record
shops (particularly for Who items) in the following places:
Boston
Chicago
eastern Iowa
The Twin Cities
I'm familiar with several Chicago shops but the some of the ones that were
the best a decade ago are no longer very good.

Thanks in advance!
