C's on FoxSportNE

I have a couple of television related questions.

1. Is FoxSports showing C's games this summer?  If so, what night?

2. I'm considering getting rid of my big dish, and going with a small dish.
Will someone who has a small dish tell me what they have, and what coverage
they get?  
For example, EchoStar (the dish network) carries WSBK, so away games are on
(at least for now), but has no nba package.
I currently get 70 or so games a year, between WSBK and Sportschannel NE, so
I don't want to give that up is I can help it.


Any help is appreciated.
