Uh, oops.

I actually PUT some lube stuff on the styrofoam to kill the friction 
with the panel and liner.  Of course, it was nowhere NEAR where the 
squeak is now, and the clicking I heard before is gone- so I think it 
worked to kill the one noise. Unfortunately, I'm not sure why the 
other one is there now. It almost sounds like flexing plastic. Did I 
reattach the panel too tightly? Door squeaks SUCK! That's half the 
reason I sold my Chevy....
