Check in the bag that is in the trunk with your lug wrench and jack.

You would have known this if your salesperson had done a 
comprehensive car review with you like he was supposed to. Might give 
him a call and remind them to do this for new clients-- he's supposed 
to.

The guy at the tire place would know too-- if he had seen enough 
Jettas. Most cars that come with stock wheel locks provide a key with 
it from the factory.
