you could check along the crack to see if there are any signs of a contact
fracture, i.e. a rock hitting it. If there isn't one the dealer couldn't prove it
wasn't a bad install. Good luck. Some states with no fault insurance let you file
claims with your insurance company without them holding the claim against you.
Florida is that way. It's something to check into. Hope this helps.
