All the energy has to go somewhere, and you're hoping to catch a piece
of it.  

Yeah, I'll tell you where it goes, to the cops testicles.  Anybody see
the reports on all the cops that were using pulse-trigger radar?  When
they were not zapping us, they thought the gun was off.  They would then
rest it between there legs until another victim came by.  Only little
problem was, the gun was emmitting low-level radiation.  Guess what, no
more testicles.  Kind of a sweet revenge for all those tickets I paid.
