Re: '98 GLX wireless remote? Seat height?

Willie and Khan,
    I am not only 6'6" tall but I also am a 280lb. x-football player. It is a
tight fit for me, but It is not totally uncomfortable. I have the cloth seats
and my head rubs the roof. I slant the seat back a little and although that
helps it does eliminate the back seat on the driver's side. I have made numerous
400+ mile trips and have been fine. If you don't mind a little static
electricity from your head rubbing the roof you should be okay. Otherwise crack
open the wallet...
BTW I could have bought a few different cars but I LOVE VW's, especially the
Jetta. So if you like the car that's what counts. In my humble opinion I'll put
up with the slight inconvenience for the fun the car has to offer.
