RE: MISC. PROBLEMS! RANT EDITION!

Sorry to hear your troubles....
I must have been blessed with a Wedneday car. Our 95 has been real good.
Most of the problems have been recalls. Only 1 or 2 things that were
warranty items. The other problems are ones I caused...
(Note to self, do not force lock to turn when it is -30F outside, cylinder
WILL break)
I have hammered the redline in this car daily and have been very "sporty"
with my driving. I am amazed that it still has a clutch at 80kmi.

The moral is this...
No matter how good a car is, there will always be bad apples. Even H*NDA has
crappy cars come off its lines. Its just that us VW owners are more in tune
with our cars and more likely to notice the little things. H*NDA drivers
barely notice what side of the road they are on, let alone a slightly noisy
belt or a squeak in the dash.
