Same thing happened to me on the passenger door,
and I hardly use that door.  Dealer replaced it, and 
what do you know it's loose again in the middle.  I 
haven't had time to take it in again....BTW it was
covered under warranty.....
I enjoyed making the dealer correct the problem, but
now I think I may just do the alternatives in the
other posts, and glue it myself.....the right way.
