Our Jettas over in NY are somewere in the neighborhood of 225hp stock. and
about 200ft/lb torque. Of course we have the 6speed manual option and the
AWD.

Oh wait I am sorry this is the AUDI TT(next car)...nope all Jetta's are
created equal. My Jetta in Roch, NY said 172hp right on the sticker. The
only thing that might help is we always have cold air going in. =}
