Okay, fellow GLX'ers

I noticed that alot of the people that respond to this forum are from NY or
other East coast destinations.  Is anyone from CA??  California is where I
respond from.

Well any way, I wanted to know the difference between the emissions controls
in the Eastern states versus California.  We have pretty stringent laws here
regarding polution, and now I have heard that cities that have higher than
average polution indexes will have to be tested for Ozone depletion
emissions!!

My next question is, is there an engine performance difference between the
cars that we get here in CA versus the ones you guy's get in the Eastern
states?  It seems like it.............
