Trunk rattles...

Has anyone on the list experience a rattling noise from the trunk?
While my girlfriend was driving the car, I crawled into the back
seat and brought down the 40-side of the seat and crawled into
the trunk.  I noticed the rattle coming from the underside of the
trunk's door (that carpeted piece of molded cardboard attached
to the swinging part the the trunk).

When the car was stopped, I noticed the little plactic screws
that hold the trunk lining seemed to be coming out.  They didn't
look like they were holding the lining tightly, and this worries
me.

Another problem I noticed was water was somehow getting
trapped within the upper trunk lining.  What is up with that?
When I open the trunk, then water comes out of that lining.
I don't want it to start molding and smellin' up my freakin'
car!

Any Ideas?
