I had some big time wind noise too, and I found out that I had lost one of
my plugs on the underside of my car.  At first I thought I had lost more
than one, but comparing one side of the car to the other, I found out that
only one had popped out.
My wind noise came on at about 25mph, and it would go away if I would open
any of the windows.
My dealer replaced it at no charge since I was still under 24k miles.  They
did have to order the correct plug though.
