Ron,
  The Euro switch should not have DRL's.  The only reason to go with the
Euro switch is to be able to use your fogs, with the parking lights or if
you are planning on hooking hook up the rear fog.  If not, you can buy a
fog light switch from a 94 with fog lights, pull out a relay and voila,
no more DRL's.  You can also run any of the jumpers that allow your use
of the high/low/fog combinations with the stock headlight switch.
