I went with the Alpine 8058. A friend who owns a car audio shop was able
to wire the Alpine and the factory together. Remote will arm both
alarms, or I can use the key and arm only the factory.
Neat features:
 	* dual prox sensor senses movement on the exterior\interior 	of car
(can leave leave windows\sunroof open with full protection)
	* roll up,down windows; close sunroof
	* open trunk
