intakes

Which would you guys recommend for an intake:

Eurosport Cool Flow with the pre-oiled "poly-reticulated foam filter" by ITG
which includes a heat shield separator and rubber seal

or something like the...

ABD Quick Flow with the red anodized aluminum bracket and K&N filter?

I've used a K&N on my previous car and had no problems but I'm not sure
about the foam style filters (are they washable/re-useable?).

Any others?
