Re: Autotech Q-Chip

I am considering the purchase of a Garret chip, but it sounds as if
emissions may be an issue in CA. If anyone in Texas using a Garret chip has
had any experience (good or bad) with the emissions Gestapo, I'd be
interested to hear about it.

Also, a tuner in my area is recommending the Neuspeed chip, & so far, I've
heard more bad than good from this list about the Neuspeed chip. I've been
on the list for about a month, & I haven't looked through the archives; so I
may be off the mark here. Tell me what all of you really think. I'm
looking for what works best with an otherwise nearly stock setup.

..& while I have everyone's attention, I often see "P-Flow" on this list
when people are listing their mods at the end of their messages. I'd like
to know what that is, what it does, & any pros or cons.

Thanks!
