Buying A GLX

Hello Its Me Again. I am 15 well soon anyway, I am saving up for a car the
JETTA GLX! My grandfather loves it that I have an interest in VWs. I was
wondering from all of you experienced people for when I buy my car be it new
or used in a year what I should get what you had luck with and like what you
disliked etc.  ANYTHING would help even places to call etc.
