You would think that at some point Blount would realize that even though OB
had faith in him, his style was making him a low paid back up player with
little respect in the league.  Ainge's style has given Blount the chance to
go from caterpillar to butterfly and has provided him with respect around
the league that he didn't have before.

Bringing in Hunter, Stewart and Mihm to compete against Blount and the
change of style may make Blount more money in his next contract then he ever
would have earned in his career under OB.  Particularly if he ever grows up.

Blount should give Ainge an agent fee for his next contract and send him
holiday cards for life.
