Last night on NBA Fastbreak after Sportscenter, both Steven A. Smith and
Greeg Anthony said that they had to take back what they said about The
Celtics
team, and even said they had to give Props to DANNY AINGE and the whole
Celtics
Organization. Said they were a team to watch.

And their opinion now means no more than it did when they were roasting
Ainge. This five-game winning streak isn't an affirmation of Ainge's
plan any more than the dismal play before it was an indictment of the
plan. It's too small a sample to judge either way.



But that's what these guys get paid to do. If they sat there and said,
"let's wait and see how it looks two years from now ... " they wouldn't
be doing television for very long.
