Well, these days you can get LASIK surgery seemingly in every strip mall,
so you never know...

Seriously, though, did you envision Blount - he of the 5ppg, 4 rpg career
average, ever getting 20/20 under any circumstances? And I'm not alking
about eyesight.
Kestas

Seriously though, come on Kestas, you're usually a bit more fair than that. Citing his weak career stats to justify a 'never' is unfair when everyone in the world, including Blount, will tell you that this has been a break out season with stats well above the career averages. Prior to this year no, of course you'd never imagine it. But anyone willing to see the improvement this year shouldn't see it as impossible, while still likely being most shocked by the rebounds. He's actually had a 22 point game this season and a lot of games in the upper teens, while shooting close to 60% all season long on a lot of mid to short range jumper, not just gimme tip ins. It's the rebounds that are question, since he's had 11 games with double digits, but low double digits and has been pretty invisible on the boards in too many others. It's the other way around with Mihm, who has even fewer double digit rebound games, but on significantly less minutes and has been a force at times in those short minutes. However, he's hardly been an offenseive force and what he has gotten HAS been mostly dunks and put backs rather than being able to build the stats with open jumpers.
