Why - he came in with a different body type this year to be able to run more? 
Are you saying it couldnt happen because he was unwilling to or because OB
didnt want to?

By the time I got around to it, Shawn answered it. I'll add that I was talking
about his whole improvement, not just running. He had to be traded, and to a
team like Dallas, to have this change.
