The Hawks just signed Darvin Ham. Somebody here
suggested the other day that he'd have been a nice
option for the 12th man spot. Not much of a numbers
guy, but high-energy and can defend. A glue guy who
could, if the Cs were looking to trade E-Will, replace
his contributions. (And he and Battie could sing the
Texas Tech fight song.) Anyway, I'd rather have Ham, a
proven NBA veteran, than Wolkowyski (which I believe
translates to, "Sits on bench.") Don't know how much
the Hawks are paying him. Another guy in that same
mold would have been Mark Strickland.

God, I can't believe I'm worrying about whether the
Celtics should have signed Darvin Ham ... 

PS: Roy Enrile, bless your optimistic heart. I myself
fear Bruno Sundial will be rooted to the pine, but you
never know. 

PPS: Wolkowyski might suck, but he doesn't suck any
worse than Ron Artest, who at 6'7 and 245 pounds
called the police because his girlfriend scratched
him.
