hold off on predictions

First, I must apologize to Rich Davies, who did such stentorian work last 
year compiling the predictions list; and thank him for his efforts.

I'd like to let him decide if he wants to continue to do so--though I will 
happily offer my site as a repository for the compiled list.

If he decides he's not inclined to do the list this year, then I'll do 
it.  I really don't want to step on anyone's paws...er, toes.  :>)
