Steve Bulpett On WEEI Says:
- Hornets were the best team he saw in the East last season, and sees
them along with NJ, as a step above the other clubs in the East this
season.
- Celtics range of success could be anywhere from Conference Champions
(ha ha ha ha) to.....? Well it's a big range!
- McGready is the best player in the conference, followed by Kidd.
(I agree, as I've said all along, I'd take McGready over Pierce; same
goes for Kidd).
- Vin Baker is overpaid, unless he is the guy that helps the Celtics
match up agianst
the bigger centers in the East and West.
- Bulpett offers a tripartite solution to Baker's lack of early
production:
Baker must play better, O'Brien must integrate him into the offense, and
Pierce and Walker have to realize the team has a low post option and
pass
Vin the ball.
- Walker and Pierce can become bettern players.
- Bulpett thinks the Celtics have improved on two weakness exhibited
against New Jersey at the PG position: outside shooting and defense
(Baaah I say, Kidd will shred Delk and Williams).
