Where do you get off dissing Josh O., of all people?  He's done more 
for this list than you, judging by your posts so far, will ever do.  
What you call "homer bias" I call "being a fan", and if you think that 
prevents Josh from criticizing the team, then you're simply not paying 
enough attention.  Or you haven't been here long enough to have seen 
it.  In either case, you ought to get more facts straight before you 
start wielding the dull edge of your wit around like a club.

In, lo, these many years, that Josh has been contributing, the rest of 
us have been treated to insightful commentary, lively, informed 
discussion, and recently, an semi-insider's take via his relationship 
to Wallace.

In the months you've been posting, we gotten a lot of personal 
information that we never really cared about (but of course, not 
including a recognizable *name*, by any means), lot's of talk about 
Maine, for whatever reason, and the opinion of many other longtime 
posters that you're a detriment to a Celtics discussion list.  In fact, 
you've been kicked off CelticStuff on yahoo.

Which person would any reasonable listmember take, if we had a choice?  
It's a no-brainer.  (I'd pick Josh, or anyone like him, once a day, 
twice on Sundays, and hourly during the regular season.)

I've perused the archives of CelticsStuff, and, coupled with the 
opinions expressed here by other members, I've come to the conclusion 
that you're off your nut.  Why don't you go away?

(Sorry to the rest of the list -- I realize we'd all rather talk about 
the Celtics (especially so close to opening), and I know that Josh O. 
doesn't need me or anyone else to defend him from these sorts of 
pathetically transparent attacks, but when some n00b comes in and 
starts slinging unwarranted crap around in the general direction of 
longtime listmembers who've actually *contributed* something, I can't 
restrain myself from speaking, sometimes.)
