Actually the guy I think they should add is Pat Croce (sp) who was the
president of the 76's.

This guy is a class act and will put in some of his own money so he isn't
playing with just OPM.

What they need is a respected, professional basketball manager that knows
how to work with the investors, fans, community, players and other
owners/managements.

Croce is a win-win-win-win-win situation for this team.   He would bring
instant basketball credibility to the new owners and if he could get through
to Iverson then he would be a good fit for our players growth.

- Thge new owners regret not bringing in Larry Bird. Since they've put
up a small
amount of their own funds in the purchase price of the team, and need to
attract other
investors and garner bank loans, having Bird on board would have been a
financial slam dunk. Nothing attracts rich jock sniffing investors than
a living
sports legend.
