team went to sleep in the 4th...

well, they made a fight out of it.  they cut the lead to one...and then they
slumber off.  What was O'brien thinking when he put back Rogers in place of
Battie?  they made a run because Battie was quicker to switch and rotate and
intimidates people who drives to the hoop.  That really sucked big time...

i don't know if it's great defense or O'Brien forgot he's got Walker and
Pierce in the game to shoot the ball.  instead they put the ball into
Strickland's (good game off the bench anyways) or Roger's hands which aren't
the no. 1 options in the first place.  Pierce was again too slow reacting to
double teams and it's amazing Walker didn't want to shoot the ball in the
4th!!!  Kenny didn't do so well either distributing the ball or shooting the
open jumper.  he clanked all his outside shots.

so frustrating.  i thought i was goin' to be proven wrong after the half but
they just couldn't get over their bad habits.

is it over?  not quite.  are they done?  seems like.  tired and over willed by
the other team.  maybe NJ deserves it more than them because they show they
desire it more.
