Well I hate Kidd more then probably anyone on this list..
But he does have heart. Thats probably his best feature. He is just a flawed
player though. He is a very good player, but he is not MVP caliber. He is a
complementary
player.

I have endured some mocking for my views..but this game is a classic example
of what is wrong with Kidd.

1) He isnt a go to guy and is streaky shooter not a good one.
2) Defense is overrated... will get steals..but he isn't particulary quick on
his feet.
He will often ignore his man altogether and just play help defense.
3) Not great at the half court...
Truth be told MOST NBA teams could have managed a win in that
circumstance.
Instead Kidd engineered the greatest playoff failure ever.

Kidd..perhaps because of his talent will give you this "fools gold" effect..
Teams like Jersey imagine they are better then they to only fall flat in the
playoffs.
But he has a long legacy of playoff failure.

I mean the suns had lots of talent. They werent far off this year despite
bleeding talent. They had Cliff Robinson, Tony Delk, Rodney Rodgers and
Shawn Marion.

This year..lets be honest...they lucked out a victory over the eigth seed...
And beat up on hornets team without a number one player...The Celts have
played lousy and are still up 2 - 1. Kidd..MVP? Nah..the voters were right.
