Title: Whimsy?

    If Peter May has proof that Larry Bird is still talking to Gaston about buying the team, as was reported by Ray, as heard on WEEI, why doesn't May include same in his column?
    Tiny Archibald, who was washed up, when he came to the Celtics, had his carrer revived when he developed a chemistry with Bird who was more than happy to finish the break, strongly from the wing and even run those great give and go's drawing the defenders and dishing back to Tiny or Chief to finish.
    If only Antoine would play the game the same way. He loves his one on one moves, way too much, so does Pierce. 
    Last year in one of the few games, when Anderson was running and Walker was scoring easy layups, before the defense was set, Heinsohn stated that if Antoine would play that way, he could score 40 every night without ever shooting a three.
    If Bird does take the team over, it's most likely that Antoine will come to camp in shape and running or he will be traded. 
    If we ever did get the break going, Anderson would not be a bad guy to have around.
