    Why does everyone say we haven't been to the playoffs in 10 years?  This
is at least the third time someone has used this stat since the draft.  The
C's were in the playoffs in 1995, led by the little general, Sherman
Douglas.  Put a little scare into the Orlando Magic, as I recall.  I
remember it well, because it was the first time I realized that I HATED
Shaquille O'Neill.  Does anyone else remember his jive about how HE closed
the Boston Garden?  GRRRRR......

    Not that this detracts from your point in any way.  6 seasons is, IMHO,
also too long.  Too long with how many teams get in the playoffs every year.
Too long for the proud Boston Celtics!  It's just that people keep repeating
this 10 year stat.

    I hope Chris Wallace has the "huevos" to end the playoff drought
sometime soon.  Like this year.  :)
