Not to excuse it, but you have to consider that some of these players find
reading quite difficult. It's quite possible that he has nothing against
Cousy's book per se, it's just that reading is a chore to him, as hard as
it is for us to believe. Phil Jackson used to hand out books to his players
all the time, but most, including Jordan and Pippen, never read them. Not
because they didn't like them, but because they just don't read - anything.
