Lady,

I think Pitino is trying to show his players that he has confidence in them.
By him not calling a time out is telling Kenny and the rest of the team that
he knows he can make the right decision.  That does not mean they will not
make mistakes.  Kenny overruled Pitino a few weeks ago and he won the game
for them singlehandedly.   It's sometimes painful to see a young team grow,
but calling time outs all the time is not always the best choice (IMO)
because it can change the flow of the game especially if the momentum is
already in their favor.
