I have read that Fizer is the consensus #2 pick in the draft behind Martin
(if his injury heals OK). I don't want to jinx us, but we are due for some
good luck and maybe the lottery balls will go our way this year.

There is a list of everyone who's declared and everyone who has announced
they're staying at the nbatalk.com website at the Y2K Draft section.
