yes, but unlike Todd Day they are probably good
practice players and locker-room influences.  Boston's
love of Marty Conlon couldn't hurt either in winning
over fans.  Overton is one of those guys who knows how
to play.  I'm not saying he's Adrian Griffin, but he
is a seasoned vet.  That's why he was hired.  He is
only an insurance policy, after all.  It's not like
this guy was the heir to the throne.
