RE: prediction

In comparison to the other teams we have no real consistent go to guy. I
expect to get killed inside. Tomorrow will be interesting. Toronto killed us
last year. Willis & Oakley just toyed with us. Battie is not physical
enough, Antoine never has been, and Potapenko & Ellison backup players on
most other teams. Anderson's best years are behind him. The lone bright
spot is Paul Pierce who could be an all-star if Anderson & Walker give him
the ball enough.

Although we have gotten younger than 3 years ago I am not sure we have any
more marketable products.

for those of you predicting 36 wins--or a number very
close to that one--i have a simple question for
you...you think this team is only as good as the one
that pitino inherited two years ago? after all, i'm
sure you know that that team won 36 against a
considerably tougher conference...with mccarty
starting at 3, declerq at 5, and a hybrid rook playing
point...and no bench whatsoever.

just some thoughts to chew on. peace, -K9
