This is very well said.  Wish I'd said it. 
Also agree with the post about Pitino's coaching - this is not college and until he developes more plays and gets more into the pro game, this team will suffer.  I've been saying the past few days I have to feel it's the coach's fault as much as anything. 
 
As for Antoine - I think we've all agreed on one thing - he's very athletic and talented in many ways.  It's his judgement that hurts him.  He doesn'ts always play team basketball, though he's been much better this year.  I was disappointed that he started again with the refs yesterday. He's hurting himself and the team when he does that.  I also think RP is to blame for alot of that.  He babies Antoine.  I think if RP expects his team to stay in the Boston area this summer so they can play together and keep in shape, or whatever, he should not make an exception for AW.  Antoine can afford to fly to Chicago every weekend with all his money, or he could have his daughter here for the summer.  He's the Captain, and that involves some responsibility.
 
I believe we have a good core of young players, including Battie, who has been impressing me alot the last few games.  We need some veterans, however, to teach these young pups something about being "gamers" - and a few hundred other things they need to know that Rick, with all his preaching at them, isn't teaching them.  I think our coach is more to blame than anyone for the state of affairs we find ourselves in.

What some people have to realize is that just because someone is a Walker-
basher, it doesn't make him a Walker hater or think that he doesn't have any
talent. The reason why Walker catches so much flak is BECAUSE we realize he
has so much talent but doesn't use it by having such poor judgement and
fundamentals. Him being the supposed leader of the team just makes it worse...
