Looks like Penny is not coming

After reading today's Bulpett and May articles along wth the Phoenix article, 
I can come to realise that the Celts have been left behind in the Penny chase 
by the Suns. It sounds like Pitino is doing some damage control with Mercer. 
Trading with the Suns makes more sense by trading out of conference. I know 
the Suns would love to get Penny for Googs. They do have plenty of forwards. 
It is the perfect no-pressure situation for Pennny, plus warm weather. It 
might be the best thing for the Celts anyways. He would have been a risk. But 
risks can have great payoffs...
