Halftime thoughts

1. Ugggglllleeeee quarter for the Celtics.

2. Toronto had a 16-2 edge in points off turnovers at the 2:00 minute mark,
that's probably different now. What is it with this sloppy passing and
careless play?

3. Press defense? They finally use it in the final minute and cause the
first Toronto turnover since the 1st qtr. Where has it been all game?

4. Except for Toine (and that's pushing it), nobody on the Celtics is into
an offensive flow. They're just picking up random buckets here and there
while Toronto is taking it to the hole, and are operating with more
fluidity. Paul Pierce? Remember him? Ron Mercer? Nice that he's playing,
but he's been invisible.

5. Ugh, what a debut for Schintzius. He looked just putrid out there, to
quote Johnny Most. Two fouls, a lousy pass, and just totally flustered.
Toronto launched their 13-2 run when he was in there.

6. Adjustments? Anderson needs to take over and establish the passing.
Get pissed off and finish the layups you missed early. Focus on playing
smart first and foremost. Where is Popeye Jones? Need he and Riley and
Walter to start getting some defensive bounds. Where's the press? Are our
boys too tired to run it? Put Schintzius back in if we're up 30 with 2
minutes to go.
